I want to file statutory rape charges on someone who had sex with my 17yr old daughter?
She is Juvenile Hall right now and she is going to deny it. This happened when she was house arrest at my home. she had this man who is involved in drugs come visit and he wouldn't leave. She wouldn't make him leave. They just laughed at me and threatened me with my probation.

Well, for starters, it is entirely relevant what the statutory rape law in your state says. You ARE the parent, the legal guardian and responsible to keep her safe.
However, it's been my experience, as an ex-cop, that by the time a kid is 17 it is going to be EXTREMELY difficult to enforce changes to someone already set in their behavior.
