If your ex was having sex around the kids, would you take legal action?

If your kids were telling you that their dad has sex with his new girlfriend while they are there, and they could hear them loud at night...would you keep your kids from going back over there until you can get a new court order?

um...noooo, where you not having sex because our kids were home??? Did you send them away whenever you had sex?? I would however tell him that they hear them and they need to muzzle that noise!

ok, you can include in your order a claus that says neither party can have any overnight guest of the opposite sex...but really...is that what you want? Unless the girlfriend is really a problem...why bother? When you get that clause added in you may also get a new boyfriend that you might want to spend some overnight time with so be careful what you ask for.
